Organization of Thematic Workshops and Focus Groups for the Development Plans of the City of Užice and the Municipality of Sremski Karlovci

During May and June 2022, the Resource Center of the Fruška Gora-Danube Region organized a series of workshops and thematic gatherings as part of the development plans for the City of Užice and the Municipality of Sremski Karlovci, on behalf of the Republic Secretariat for Public Policies. These local government development plans aim to identify community needs and strategize solutions to improve the quality of life for citizens.

The workshops covered various topics, including urban planning, economy, ecology, and social services. Participants had the opportunity to actively engage in discussions and share their views, contributing to the development of sustainable and tailored solutions for their local communities.

Additionally, catering, transportation, and accommodation were provided, ensuring easy access to the events for all interested participants. This initiative significantly strengthened cooperation between local authorities, the civil sector, and citizens, and gathered valuable information essential for future projects.
